What data I collect

I only process the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the site's forms: name, email address and message text in the contact form; email address and an optional site URL in the audit request form.

I do not collect special categories of data and I do not perform profiling.

Purpose and legal basis

I use this data exclusively to reply to your request and, where needed, for the pre-contractual steps that follow from it.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

How I process the data and who receives it

Data sent through the forms is transmitted and handled via a self-hosted automation system (n8n, domain automate.appaia.com) that I use as a technical tool to receive and organise requests.

I do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. No CRM, no email lists, no advertising tracking.

Retention

I keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

Cookies and statistics

This site uses no profiling, marketing or advertising tracking cookies.

To function, the site stores a single technical preference in your browser — the light/dark theme — via localStorage, not a cookie.

Visit statistics are collected anonymously and without the use of cookies.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights set out in Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To do so, write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
